The Duo
Dúo uses endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty to place internal sutures through the mouth, without external abdominal incisions or removing stomach tissue. Reducing stomach capacity can help you feel satisfied with smaller portions.
The Plus
When appropriate, Dr. Bello may add a prescription peptide-based medication for weight management. The choice depends on your health, current medications and goals, with a plan for follow-up.
The procedure uses general anesthesia. An individual medical evaluation helps Dr. Bello explain the benefits, risks and follow-up, and whether the procedure and medication are appropriate for you.
